1. Brand new mask design makes the light from LEDs almost non-reflection.

About Training
We offer training for free.
You can send your engineer who has electronic and computer knowledge to our factory for the operation and maintenance training.
We also provide the operation manual, software, and so on. Any associated drawing of product and structure and some other professional suggestion will be provided too.
About Installation
User's manual, instruction video, professional CAD installation drawing, and other needed engineering drawings will be provided.
We only offer the drawings, and you can show the drawing to your local steel structure factory, and they will weld it for you at site. On one hand, it is not cost effective for you to ship the steel structure from China. On the other hand, we are impossible to offer you exact steel structure without welding at site.
About Maintenance
Comcreating provides 1 percent spare parts freely, including LED module, power supply, fan, receiving card, LED lamps and other related parts.
You can replace the broken one with the spare parts when problem happens, which will take about 5 minutes, and then send the broken ones back to our factory for fixing freely before you don't have enough spare parts for next maintenance.
We offer lifetime maintenance and charge only for the raw materials after the guarantee period. Additional charges will be required if you want more spare parts
